Ger F. Odock

Ger is a Program Development & Training Specialist. His programming strengths cut across a host of concepts ranging from Rights Based Approach (HRBA), Social Accountability & Monitoring (SAM), Organizational Development, Documentation, Rapportuering Strategic Planning and Resource Mobilization. Currently, Ger is a Capacity Development Advisor with MS ActionAid Denmark – a strategic capacity and support program for ActionAid Country Programs cutting across the aforementioned themes. Within the same facet, Ger supports communities on conceptualizing, implementing and monitoring Income Generating Activities (IGAs) at community levels. He has a vast understanding of community and capacity Development having professionally practiced in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.

Ger has also done different forms of documentation in support to individuals and organizations including; Building East African Community (BEACON), National Civil Society Congress, Concern World Wide (CWW) and Ministry of Health – The Department For Leprosy, Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases (DLTLD) just to mention but a few.
