Bryce B. Chawiya

Bryce is a programmes management, Research and M&E specialist; he is currently head of programs and research at Zomba Diocese Research and Development Department in Malawi.  He has over Six years of experience working in participatory community development planning, local governance, project monitoring and evaluation and advocacy of women’s rights. Bryce also works as a TOT in election monitoring and observation within the civil society set up, Social Accountability, Participatory Development Methodologies as well as proposal development for resource mobilization.

Bryce is an executive member of the Malawi Economic Justice Network (MEJN), a focal person for the Civil Society Nutrition Advocacy Platform and member of the Zomba Civil Society Network. Bryce has experience in non-profit organization specifically in human rights advocacy and governance sectors, having worked with Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace in Malawi, Center for Multiparty Democracy, Malawi Electoral Support Network and Action Aid International Zimbabwe.
